I recently bought an eBike. Lectric Brand, model XP4 750. I loathe exercise, but I need to exercise my joints. I have rheumatoid arthritis, and the joints must keep moving to maintain mobility. At 68 years old, mobility means independence. So, I’m riding an eBike for low-resistance exercise.
A new bike & jogging trail has opened near my home. This is a video I made to showcase the really nice, safe, clean, fun 5K/3. 1 mile bike path where I ride.
